This is the 769th Arsenal containing stocks of tanks and IFVs. It´s located in Vagzhanova, an outskirt of Ulan Ude 🇷🇺 (51,894951 107,5275284). Compared to older imagery ~ 70 % of the stock is gone.

Recent images from Belarusian troop detachments showing some T-72 & T-72 B3M being redeployed for exercise.
They neither have any kind of additional FPV protection attached, nor has this been monitored as a larger troop deployment to the Ukrainian border.
It´s a distraction.
According to

, the group concentrated near the border with Ukraine amounts to ~1100 people, and this number of forces redeployed to the border doesn’t pose a threat to Ukraine. We also note that the troops are located at a depth of up to 50 km from the border.

5/ There has been some further cannibalization at the 94th Arsenal in Omsk especially regarding the 2S7 and the base seems more chaotic compared to images from 2023. I will probably write another sperate thread on cannibalization in the future.

It looks like the new railway link to Mariupol has been finished. Or to say at least, the track laying has been completed. There are no visible gaps without tracks anymore.
Please note that the construction work should have already been completed since spring 2024.

Update : The floodings in Kurgan are quite severe, especially at the lower altitude level on the right bank of the Tobol river.
Currently there are no signs of flooding at Kurganmashzavod and the coal power plant close to the river (both marked in red).
Kurgan (and especially looking at Kurganmashzavod, as some people spread into the informational space) is not being flooded. The factory is ~ 10-15m above the river elevation level, which makes it very unlikely to be flooded.

Today we´ll have the 1295th arsenal located in Arsenyev, Primorsky Krai 🇷🇺 (44.127349, 133.278112). It was used as a storage of older Tank/IFV variants. Outdoors is almost empty, but is has to be noted, it has some indoor storage capabilities aswell.

I agree with the estimated amount of vehicles left in storage (~100).
Some assumptions, why we recently haven´t seen more destroyed 2S7 on the front lines :
1/ It has already been almost three months since the last russian loss of a 203mm 2S7(M) Pion/Malka. In total 21 losses (including 1 damaged) are visually confirmed (by
@WarSpotting
), while 60 were likely active before the war started. Here is how many are left in storage⬇️

2/ The updated Google Earth image is very clear, which helps a lot with identifying the guns. The IDs for 2024 are probably very accurate, but I am still not totally confident in my identififcations in the pre war footage.

It will probably go in service soon and reduce the significance of the Kerch bridge, but way later then expected.

A very clear view on this strange accumulation of railwagons on the railway between Olenivka to Volnovakha with Sentinel 1 SAR. If you wonder, I pixeled the area held by Ukrainian force for reasons.
🚇Russians have created a 30-km long "tsar-train" consisting of over 2100 freight cars.
🚋It stretches on a raliway branch from Olenivka to Volnovakha and was built from a stolen rolling stock between July 2023 and February 2024.

"Heavy mortar system" is a bit misleading. My apologies. 2S7 Pion is a SPG (Self-propelled-gun) with a very large 203mm caliber as others stated in the comments.
Almost all of the 🇷🇺2S7 Pion heavy mortar systems stored at the 94th arsenal in Omsk (55.016251, 73.398490) have been pulled out and the remaining ones were cannibalized. Timelapse is Februar 2022 - June 2023.

I remember this stock very well. Some people thought there was a restock, but it was the contrary. The barrels were removed.
2/ Starting with the 2S7, you can see 26 vehicles withoout barrels at the 94th in satelite images from June 2023. Unfortunately the image we have from Jan 2024 has lower resolution so I dont know how many have been removed since.
