That's the end of my time at University of York. Incredible 5 years and that's entirely on the friends I've made here. Will be moving to Leeds soon but can't ever repay the good you have all brought into my life. Love y'all ❤️

I've really struggled with eating my entire life and I'm super proud of myself because for the last week I've managed to eat 3 meals a day :)
First time I've been able to do that maybe ever, typically eat once every 2 days.
Noticing the benefits already and feeling happy :)
