2nd: up at a reasonable hour to go to the gym - yes I am restricted to walks on the treadmill but I was getting cabin fever and I don't want to lose all my fitness

29th January: first day out for more than a week. Brilliant to be in the fresh air. Walked about 1km - first proper activity felt good

28th January: I want to be high up. Harald finds my current sedentary life constraining so he starts jumping as high as he can

27th January: can't believe that a week has gone by. My friend is still looking after me and I am slowly beginning to feel better. I even washed my hair and changed out of nightwear for some of the day
