@ForWomenScot On Sunday @ladymcbeth2 revealed that the year long in the making RCS report said "When we use woman, we mean anyone who self-identifies as a woman". Yet 2 days later it's "born as women". What changed their minds? Embarrassment & humiliation never seemed to bother them before.

And by allowing men access to the women's room, the employer has likely breached its +ve duty to prevent harassment (s26 of EqAct).
