@Enterprise She doesn't have social media. The Lambert Airport location specifically said that they DID NOT accept debit. The front desk staff want to help but are clearly terrified of their management if they do the wrong thing.

You need to make customers EXPLICITLY aware of that policy on 1 way rentals. Now, the company is forcing someone to drive 200 miles round trip to pick up a long-time, loyal customer who should have been able to pay with their USAA debit card.

Now we're driving 200 miles round trip in less than ideal conditions to pick her up. I hope @Enterprise is comfortable with a PR and legal shit storm if we experience any negative outcomes from this.
NEVER rent from @Enterprise, NO MATTER WHAT!!!! They are refusing to give my girlfriend a pre-paid car because she only has a debit card. They won't let me provide a credit card over the phone, and that requirement was not prominently listed, if at all.
