@ShaanVP @somewherehiring I don't see the value in buyers' agents. I have found all of my own homes and negotiated the deals—all from out of state. My realtors have enjoyed the ride while providing little value. I will use seller agents only going forward. Am I wrong?

My child was in Seattle Children's Hospital PBMU for months, housed with teens refusing parental involvement. Parents receive masked bills. Kids can also receive a lot of medical/mental health through school. Needless to say, we moved to NC, where family matters. That was the best medicine.
