You're okay! The case is under investigation by the detective handling the case. It has not proceeded to court at all yet. The victim had to apply for a permanent restraining order which is a very different instance from the criminal case. That is proceeding through civil court.

In the beginning, when the victim first spoke out about his abuse, they threatened to sue him for defamation. However, nothing has come out of this. There has been no attempt to sue the victim. However, there was an attempt to hunt him down with a PI by Fuboo and her husband. -P
