key words: ultra-processed foods lack nutrients and have unecessary additives (colors, taste, texture etc.) just bcs it’s low cal it does not mean it’s healthy or helping your weightloss. go for a diet with mostly raw/processed foods as they are rich in nutrients and healthier

(2) but we all have eds so we’re going to starve, have b/p cycles and eat so little that we can’t get enough nutrients no matter what. so my biggest tip ed wise is just: take your electrolytes and vitamins, choose non ultra-processed foods and drink enough water.

i suggest doing more research on which foods are ultra-processed and which foods aren’t. bcs if you’re struggling to lose weight; that could be one of the reasons. so eating too little and low calorie; is not always the answer to losing weight.

i also want to mention that if you’re doing ab workouts to make your waist smaller DO NOT do any form of twist exercises as they will build your obliques (the muscles on the side of your waist). if you target your obliques too much your waist will get bigger and you’ll look boxy.

my absolute favorite thing is pilates. it’s a low impact workout that tones your body but it doesn’t make you gain a ton of muscle, which means it won’t make you bigger or heavier. and pilates is such an aesthetic workout let’s be real. living the pilates princess dream <3

get your steps in girly. somewhere between 7K-10K steps a day is amazing and will help your weightloss significantly. if you like to go on runs, that’s also a great way to lose weight (and lowkey get some cardio in too). bonus; you get to spend time outside/in nature!!

(1) to lose weight you obviously need to be in a calorie deficit (eating less calories than your body burns in a day). and if this wasn’t edtwt we could all just eat enough + healthy, and work out and do cardio and call it a day. bcs we all know you can lose weight that way too.

cardio is also a really effective way to burn calories, but i personally am cardio’s nr 1 hater and i will not do it. if you can do cardio; go ahead it’s an amazing way to lose weight and keep your heart healthy BUT if you’re like me; i suggest going on walks.

and with workouts; don’t overdo it. your body needs rest in order to build muscle. i suggest working out around 3 days a week but that’s so individual, so find the regime that works best for you! working out also produces happy hormones <3 yay us depression girlies
