@19Wetherby @BrianKarem I lived in HLP and I hope your family is safe š¢ if it helps, itās strategy, not incompetence. Theyāve been clearing brush all week but thereās only so much that helps in a massive wildfire. Emergency resources are saved for one purpose: preventing loss of structure and life.

@BFN666 As far as the recent LA fires, thereās the Eaton fire* (which affected Altadena and Sierra Madre, not Pasadena) Also: Hurst fire (Sylmar, CA), Sunset fire (Hollywood, CA) There were also deadly fires that destroyed OK/TX, OR, MT/WY + more in just 2024:
