Today #Cumbria & #CheshireWarrington have been put on priority programme #Devo At @NP_Partnership we have long campaigned for this - 100% #Devo Now all North of England will have a combined authority, all bar #Lancashire mayoral (also reviewing their arrangements by autumn)

Today’s changes to judicial review for major infrastructure are hugely welcome. Many projects across the North will now be more attractive to investors and will deliver benefits to consumers, energy or travellers, more quickly.
