OPINION: I agree with the actions of the school because they created this prayer with good intention and they did not go out of their way to harm anyone or their rights. They also made the prayer rules fair. It is clear students do not have to take part in any prayer!

This is not a violation of any first amendment rights because students are still allowed to not take part in the prayer!

OPINION: As a Supreme Court justice, I would rule in favor of the school. The school made it clear the prayer was voluntary so NO student is obligated or forced to say anything they do not agree with or support. The prayer is simply there for good reason!

The Supreme Court would agree to hear this case because it has to do with the violation of our rights. The Supreme Court often handles cases similar to this and the argument is very controversial, making it a harder problem to solve alone.
