I am now a size zero 😬and I can’t say through exercise. down to COVId twice/ stress of 13 hr workings days and not looking after myself properly. Only plus point is I can actually fit into some stuff I wore ten years ago 😂 will never wear but silver lining 🤷🏼♀️
