@TajHotels I posted re not being able to sleep at your Agra hotel for banging above my room and those of my friends and the inability or unwillingness (don't know which) of your staff to help. Nothing done.

@TajHotels staying at your hotel in Agra. Few of us cannot sleep for banging noise in our rooms and we need to be up at 4.45am to visit the Taj Mahal. Your staff seem either incapable or unwilling to do anything about it. We call they hang up or fail to get back to us
