HUGE shout out to Bovada.. you guys saved my ass! I've had the week from hell! First off I accidentally left my phone on the counter at a gas station.. someone swiped it. I had just left a phone repair shop & there changed my phone pass code to 1234 so they could access it.. didn't switch it back & the chick that swiped my phone drained my accounts of almost $5k. I was abl3 to track my phone & the person. I brought the police & all that is being handled but still going to be a hot minute before I get my money back. Later I saw I had lolol $25 I said screw it I'll throw it on Bovada & play some poker I didn't have to work the next day. Placed 4th or 5th in a tournament & won $188. Tournament ran all night & into early morning so I was exhausted & didn't realize my daughter who is a sneaky kleptomaniac took my tablet with her to school.. the tablet I had just used to win & was logged in still.. well she throughout the day drained all my winnings. I'm still pissed about it. I decided to reach out to Bovada support.. it was a long shot that I'd get all my winnings given back to me but worth a shot. lolol first attempt was a bit frustrating & was transferred to literally 7 differ agents & then the chat was closed due to no activity so made my 2nd attempt to contact support & finally an agent was there.. unfortunately wasn't able to refund me but was able to gift my account $30. I took that $30 & entered a poker tournament placed 4th & won $297!! After that I said what the hell I'll throw some money at some slots.. won $420!!! Withdrew most lolol left myself a $100 to play with.. but just paid my electric & water bills that were both scheduled to be shut off today!! God bless yall!! Thank you for spotting me $30!! Love you long time!!

I will check this out but I'm about done with ignition.. yall have done me dirty & your "support" agents only assist in gaslighting your customers!! Your Chat Support is a joke because the attachment upload doesn't even work! So then the "support" agents refuse to help without this proof.. so there goes hours of my time wasted multiple times there. So contact through email about my problem & this agent is literally making up their own terms to the current promotion for 50k points after 5 x $30 deposits made. Offer lasts until November 28th in while then the points will be awarded...my problem is that ignition website won't allow me to make deposits higher than $25. The screen goes black. I've talked to my bank & it's not on their end they say that on their side there's been zero attempts even made.. so its not like it's declining the $30+ deposits. I've been in contact with support for over a month now about this problem & have yet to have any solutions. If you guys aren't going to handle your issues & screw customers out of things & advertise false claims.. I will put you on full blast on my main X account that has over 50k followers, TikTok that has over 96k followers & Facebook that has 38k followers. Majority of my followers are very bored housewives/stay at home moms who love getting involved in the drama & will flood your systems & drop ratings. Homie I just want my 50k reward points.. would love some more for having to deal with all this bullshit I feel like I should get 50k for simply having to deal with this ffs!
