To begin with, we should start off by defining what a Self-Annihilator is. A Self-Annihilator is 'someone who accidentally stepped into IX the Nihility's shadow' and therefore 'lost their reason for existence.'

We also see that Acheron has two distinctive forms or states, which I'm going to label as "normal" and "abnormal." Purely looking at his eyes, we see this reflected in Jiaoqiu, too. Due to her being an Emanator, Acheron's "abnormal" state is different, and more powerful.

The most important thing in this Occurrence is that a catastrophic experience with something created by an Aeon, like the Lux Arrow from Lan, is able to turn someone into a Self-Annihilator. Both the man from Xuange, and Jiaoqiu, were deeply affected by a Lux Arrow.

From him, we also learn that Baiheng wrote a travelogue (called "Views of the Universe From a Starskiff") and Jing Yuan implies she was close with Jingliu.
