I grew up in Idaho. I love Idaho. Idaho does not love me. Its people exhibit bigotry and intolerance with pride; they hate loudly and invasively. This resolution is an embarrassing distraction from far more important issues and I hope is treated like the joke it is.
Idaho Republicans just introduced a resolution calling on the Supreme Court to overturn marriage equality. They are asking the right-wing majority to reinstate the “natural definition of marriage,” calling gay couples “illegitimate.”

Update: Disneyland officials say Haunted Mansion Holiday *will* be open for the start of Halloween Time on Aug. 22 at Disneyland Resort. The incorrect dates published on the Disneyland website earlier today are being updated.

From sloppy sketches to scrunkly incubus! 🐀 Mostly wanted to explore silhouettes, because I had this vision of him having a comically large, coffin-esque, arched back.

"One step closer to 'Nightmare' receiving its own attraction," I lied to myself, lyingly. But - and I say this as one of Haunted Mansion Holiday's most ardent fans - thank GAWD.
NEW: Haunted Mansion Holiday will return to Disneyland Park Nov. 14 through Jan. 7, 2026. The November opening date is later than normal - but it means we get traditional Haunted Mansion for Halloween this year. 👏
