Maada Bio's illegitimate administration is perpetuating a "police state" in Sierra Leone, as evident from the recent arrest of a Dutch journalist. This journalist was invited by WIMSAL, a female journalist group, to report on the country's situation. The arrest is a stark reminder of the country's downward spiral into authoritarianism, undermining its democratic aspirations and human rights record. We are currently witnessing the darkest period in Sierra Leone's journey towards solidifying its democracy and human rights. The international community must condemn this blatant disregard for press freedom and human rights. We demand the immediate and unconditional release of the Dutch journalist, ensuring her safety and freedom to report without intimidation or harassment. The Sierra Leonean government must respect the fundamental rights of journalists and citizens, upholding the principles of democracy and human dignity. Sierra Leone is not a police state! @JuliusMaadaBio @AJEnglish @EUinSierraLeone @cnnbrk @BBCBreaking @USAmbUN @USEmbFreetown @JosephineGauld @Dutchprime1

When a president's legitimacy is in question, they often try to validate their position by seizing every opportunity to make a public appearance. (Cheap popularity!) This seems to be the case with the recent IFAD program in Italy, which took place on the 10th and 11th. Notably, this event didn't even invite heads of state with impressive agricultural achievements, let alone those struggling to provide food for their own people. The event typically brings together local leaders, ministers, and other development experts to discuss ways to tackle growing hunger and food crises. @@JuliusMaadaBio @ebklegacy @AConteh357598 @Fornahib @factcheckingsl @PerspectiveSco3 @JustMeBeingMe4 @Cee_Bah

Breaking News!! The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Guinea and Sierra Leone regarding a joint judicial investigation into a cocaine trafficking case involving the Sierra Leonean Embassy in Guinea was signed in early February 2025. This agreement was part of the diplomatic efforts to address the scandal that erupted after Guinean authorities intercepted a v ehicle belonging to the Sierra Leonean Embassy in Conakry on January 13, 2025. The vehicle was found carrying seven suitcases of suspected cocaine and $700,000 in cash, leading to the detention of the driver and another occupant. The MoU was announced during a press briefing by Sierra Leone’s Minister of Information, who emphasized the commitment of both nations to cooperate in uncovering the facts surrounding the incident. The agreement aims to ensure transparency and accountability, particularly given the involvement of diplomatic personnel and the strain the incident has placed on bilateral relations. The joint investigation underscores the seriousness with which both governments are treating the matter. Sierra Leone’s Foreign Minister, Timothy Kabba, played a key role in negotiating the MoU during his visit to Guinea in early February 2025. This diplomatic effort also facilitated the release and return of Sierra Leone’s Ambassador to Guinea, Alimamy Hassan Bangura, who had been under house arrest in Conakry as part of the investigation. The MoU reflects a shared commitment to combating drug trafficking and upholding the rule of law, particularly in light of the broader regional challenges posed by drug trafficking in West Africa. Both countries have pledged to hold accountable any individuals found guilty of violating national and international drug laws.

Breaking News!! We have also obtained verified information indicating that key members of the illegitimate government, their families, and certain opposition figures are urgently seeking alternative methods to dispose of a container holding over 8 tonnes of cocaine. This comes as the borders of Guinea and Liberia have been placed on high alert by @Europol and @INTERPOL_HQ. Following the discovery of one of Europe's most wanted criminals, Jos Leijdekkers in Sierra Leone, the illegitimate president and his supporters, who are carrying diplomatic passports, are now being thoroughly searched at all entry points. The container of cocaine in question is believed to be located somewhere between Waterloo and Freetown. @JuliusMaadaBio @EUinSierraLeone @factcheckingsl @USEmbFreetown @Interpol @Europol

We have received credible information that Maada Bio directed the withdrawal of 10 billion NLe ($500,000) from the Bank of Sierra Leone on Monday, February 3rd, 2025. According to the source, the funds were withdrawn and transported to the military headquarters in Cockerill for distribution among senior officers. We have witheld the registration number of the vehicle used to collect the money from the bank. Questions; Is Maada Bio sponsoring a palace coup with state funds? Is the Sierra Leone military ready to obey Maada Bio and take Sierra Leone 20 years backward? What would be the role of the moral guarantors if Maada Bio succeeds in staging a palace coup to avoid the transition? Is the APC executive aware of this plan, which is why they have left to meet with their godfather in Nigeria while the operation is taking place? Well, what I know is this: God is the best of planners! @@JuliusMaadaBio @ebklegacy @USEmbFreetown @EUinSierraLeone @SecRubio @SenCoonsOffice

In light of the recent drug scandals, money laundering allegations, and harboring of a notorious criminal Jos Leijdekkers, also known as Umar Sheriff, it is imperative that Sierra Leoneans recognize the egregious actions of Maada Bio to steal the June 2023 elections and destroy all related data. Despite warnings, Bio colluded with APC executives to manipulate the election results, undermining the democratic process. The international community must be aware of the alarming implications of Bio's actions. If left unchecked, he may attempt to withdraw Sierra Leone from ECOWAS by 2028, further destabilizing the region. To facilitate a peaceful transition, Western countries can consider the following measures: - Travel Restrictions: Impose travel bans on government officials, including Maada Bio and his family, to prevent them from fleeing the country or accessing foreign assets. - Financial Sanctions: Freeze the bank accounts of Bio, his ministers, and close allies to prevent further embezzlement and money laundering. - Aid Suspension: Place a moratorium on all grants, loans, and aid to Sierra Leone until democratic order is restored and accountability is respected. @EUinSierraLeone @SecRubio @USEmbFreetown @POTUS @DavidLammy @cnnbrk @ebklegacy @AConteh357598 @SenCoonsOffice

Wonders Shall Never End! Who should be brought in for questioning by the CID? Those individuals planning to visit @ebklegacy in Nigeria, who was forced out of Sierra Leone due to his alleged involvement in a coup d'etat or someone who is being referred to as the "president in waiting." This development leaves no doubt that @ebklegacy, @JuliusMaadaBio, and the APC executive have colluded against the people of Sierra Leone, openly in an effort to establish an oligarchy to govern the country. This unholy alliance has sparked widespread concern among Sierra Leoneans. @AConteh357598 @EUinSierraLeone @factcheckingsl @USEmbFreetown

With President-Elect Dr. Samura Kamara at the helm, we wish to assure the people of Sierra Leone and the international community that, from day one, he will issue an Executive Order to launch a comprehensive campaign against drug trafficking and organized crime, in collaboration with international law enforcement agencies. This move will pave the way for Sierra Leone to re-establish itself as a hub for legitimate business and attractive investment opportunities. Furthermore, the country will be poised to re-engage with the international community to uphold democratic values and promote global peace. @EUinSierraLeone @USEmbFreetown @SecRubio @SenCoonsOffice @USAmbUN @ecowas_cedeao @cnnbrk
