This doesn't mean we won't do any shoujo or josei titles. We have tons lined up and two or three new qta titles this year.
From personal experience, we sell a ton more Shonen than shoujo. Mind you the catalog is bigger. Not all girls are stupid has sold maybe 300 copies. Sent it for promo to different people and barely anyone covered it.

@mangaxrepublic I don’t think viz is taking a gamble by picking up Kingdom though. They are the #1 English language manga publisher I’m sure they have it figured out and well planned out.

I knew HarperCollins (HarperAlley) was coming but didn't know this was their license. Yay! Really good read. Will be nice to have in print (digital on @MangaPlaza_EN
Looks like HarperCollins new manga publisher HarperAlley will be releasing shoujo manga Plus-sized Misadventures in Love! This was also has a recent anime announcement as well. Volume 1s release date for June 24, 2025
