@patharper09 @charliemoylan1 After the game at Wembley, what did you rate the chances of us staying up in L1 this season? I was personally around 25%, so I’m not presently surprised or disappointed. If we are still in with a chance in April, that will be exceeding my expectations.

@Deanog13 @redzbarchat I suspect the common factor there is a business culture of excellence in every department, not just the football. Both those two clubs appear to be running at a profit, which is no mean achievement.

@Deanog13 @redzbarchat I’m simply pointing out that L1 is a big step from L2. The stats apparently show our squad this year is considerably stronger than last year, but it’s a hard season for sure.

@Deanog13 @redzbarchat Yup, there’s no guarantees, but some of these sides are massive. That was a premier league stadium today. I’d be surprised if these numbers didn’t understate the difference. Twice the cost is worth how many goals on average?

@Deanog13 Shrewsbury, Exeter and Bolton are the three big ones, where we had a lead and faded. We tried a back four today, no good. My son said we should have sat back as a five, hard to argue against, but preferably with Flint & Mularky replacing the wingers.
