La voie de la guerre ne mène qu'au tombeau et enfante des orphelins. Aspirons au dialogue C'est la clé du compromis qui apaise les tempêtes de haine et libère les esprits. Dans les griffes de la guerre, des vies sont inutilement perdues et des rêves brisés, Grâce au dialogue, les voix s'entrelacent, embrassant la diversité. Les funérailles cessent et les solutions apparaissent. La collaboration remplace la puissance de la violence. Une chance de tisser une tapisserie de paix durable, Où les différences célébrées, permettent aux conflits de cesser. Dans les méfaits de la guerre, nous voyons le bilan de la destruction, Dans l'étreinte du dialogue, nous nourrissons l'âme. 🔴 Mes pires images de la tragédie humaine, je les avais prises en Ituri, en juin 2019, dans le territoire de Djugu, sur la RN 27, à environ 71 km, au nord-est du chef-lieu provincial Bunia. Ce jour-là, j'avais compté 161 corps de Hema, coupés en morceaux, sauvagement assassinés par les CODECO, essentiellement composés de Lendu. Fort curieusement, le monde entier était resté silencieux, et les autorités congolaises, le chef de l'Etat de l'époque en tête, n'avaient pas daigné faire le déplacement vers l'Ituri pour arriver sur les lieux et consoler les survivants, abandonnés à eux-mêmes. Les victimes nous avaient alors expliqué que depuis 1999, ils étaient régulièrement massacrés en silence ...

𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 i) Commence comprehensive search for solutions to the underlying causes of the conflict through political dialogue; ii) Develop and implement modalities for withdrawal of uninvited foreign armed forces from the territory of the DRC. iii) Establish a Joint EAC-SADC political and security technical Team to coordinate the implementation of the decisions of Joint Meetings 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 An elaborate roadmap detailing immediate, medium and long-term implementation measures, including modalities of financing, to be developedby the SADC- EAC political and security technical team and presented to the Joint Ministerial Meeting for consideration and approval within 30 days. With its political stability, domestic peace, and economic development model, Rwanda is an exemplary African country.”  President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and President Paul Kagame of Rwanda held a joint press conference following their meeting at the Presidential Complex. “I am pleased to welcome my treasured friend, Paul Kagame, on the occasion of this first-ever visit at the Head of State level from Rwanda to our country. I would like to welcome him and the esteemed members of his delegation in your presence,” President Erdoğa said. “WITH THE INAUGURATION OF OUR EMBASSIES, OUR RELATIONS WITH RWANDA GAINED SIGNIFICANT MOMENTUM” President Erdoğan stated: “With the mutual inauguration of our respective embassies in 2013 and 2014, our relations with Rwanda gained significant momentum. Indeed, we are speaking of a friendly country where our companies’ current investments total nearly 500 million dollars while our trade volume stood at 1 million dollars in the early 2000s. Turkish companies account for 13 percent of the total foreign investment in Rwanda. It is promising for the future of our relations that our country ranks among the top countries in Rwanda’s foreign trade. We have reached an agreement with Mr. President for our companies to boost their investments in Rwanda and thus to contribute to its development goals.” Highlighting the importance Türkiye attaches to facilitating Rwandese youth’s access to higher education, President Erdoğan pointed out: “We are increasing our education investments in Rwanda year by year. To date, we have granted Türkiye scholarships to 257 Rwandese students and enabled them to receive university education in our country.” “WE HOPE THAT THE CONFLICT WITH THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH PEACEFUL MEANS”. While love can enhance feelings of connection and happiness, it can also cloud judgment in certain situations.
