Here’s a thing I do every time I pick up the guitar - besides the usual warmup chromatic exercises, I run scales at a normal speed & try to be as melodic as possible. I do this to maintain muscle memory & sometimes this results in new licks, ideas, etc. Do you do similar stuff?

So I visited Mocha Cat Cafe in Ikebukuro today. Lots of cool cats there but quite crowded place. Nevertheless I’m glad I spent my last few hours in Tokyo there :) on my way back home now, Japan you’ve been so awesome once again! Arigato gozaimashta 🙏❤️

Remembering the legend Gary Moore on his birthday. Here’s a bit from “The Loner”. I remember seeing the video on MTV when I was a kid & practicing his licks in my room endlessly. Though a lot has changed since then, I still jam to his music in my room, just like back in the day.
