BREAKING: Lindenwood has made it official they will move up to the FCS and join the Ohio Valley Conference. An amazing moment for the St. Louis/St. Charles area. This means
@LindenwoodFB
has become the first ever college D1 football program in St. Louis metro area history.
In a roughly 10-year stretch, Lindenwood has gone from NAIA, to D2, and now to D1. That’s truly remarkable. How many other colleges have done that so quickly m?

OVERTIME WINNER!!!!
DE SMET HAS BEATEN MICDS!!!!!!
For the first time since 2013 the MICDS Rams boys lacrosse team have lost a game to a St. Louis area school. De Smet players and fans are overjoyed. Incredible scenes. Final score 8-7 in overtime!
Troy Buchanan went 3-7 last year & just advanced to the Class 6 final four for the 1st time in school history. This has to be one of the greatest, quickest turnarounds in state history. Oh btw they completely changed their offensive scheme & have mostly juniors doing this.

You two have had stellar careers and have helped put St. Louis on the map. Today was a fitting a way to end your high school careers You’ll both kill it at Illinois and Texas⭐️💯
The way things are going Lindenwood will announce in 10 years they’ll join the Big 12 and create slogans like “our state our team.” They’ll also have bought up all the land from First Capital Drive to Elm Street and finally remove the Auto Zone in front of the campus.

Tonight is the biggest night for some of you who’ve worked a long time to play in games like this. There will be miracles. There will be tears. There will be heartbreak. Fight for your brother beside you. Fight for your community. Fight for your believers. Don’t take a play off.
Please keep the Parkway North football team, these kids, and especially Sam Boydston in your thoughts and prayers as they physically and mentally heal from the injuries they sustained.
We’ve known Sam since he was in 8th grade and it’s heartbreaking to hear he’s been involved in

Fall sport seniors... Enjoy every second of practice from here on out because you never know if the next one is going to be the last during these times. Make the most of them.
St. Dominic all-state running back Jackson Overton will play his first game of the season today after sustaining an injury a week before the season. Huge boost for the Crusaders.
If MSHSAA really cared then they would find a way to make state championship sporting events free to watch with better viewer quality and allow legitimate private media companies or “internet guys” to cover those games… The IHSA across the Mississippi River does all that well.

Never missing a weight session and hanging out with your teammates outside of football are vital ingredients to make state runs or just simply improve. If you think those are overrated qualities then you’ve probably never won a championship or didn’t play much of a role for it.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the
Central Visual and Performing Arts High School community and the families affected by the terrible tragedy that took place today.
