pooping is kinda hard usually not good poops
making healthier food choices with a couple unhealthy things sprinkled in really has helped me not binge
Working out has been hard because my knee but taking it slow with small workouts first combined with the walks eventually ill do longer workouts w the walks too

gonna eat as little as possible only omading or fasting walks everyday and additional workouts 2twice a week minimum. trying to drink only water tea and diet drinks (cranberry juice exception )
