love the holistic ideal, but doctors have limited time. They are trained for medical issues. Need stress help? See a therapist. Don't waste valuable doctors time on life coaching
Medicine is holistic, and the female hormones are impacted by a lot of things. A doctor who tries to find out the root cause by simply asking the right questions and engaging will find the right way to reduce your issues.
