@Lindabell54 @MauriceBenard @mbstateofmind That's what I'm doing with my son every time he comes by my room I tell him to leave me alone until he gets control and can talk calmly he is 27 and he is one reason I am moving to Tennessee I know too many people that have bipolar issues

@Lindabell54 @MauriceBenard @mbstateofmind I had to cut my mom out of my life cause her behavior was affecting my children she was obsessed with me and my oldest son she was actually overdosing on her blood pressure medicine to get my attention sounds like we both had a crazy life hugs

@Lindabell54 @MauriceBenard @mbstateofmind Finally when she was in her 50s she was diagnosed but she refused to accept it and the bipolar took over the last 10 years of her life and she ended up killing herself in 2016 it is sad cuz I was actually relieved that her craziness was over

@MauriceBenard @Lindabell54 @mbstateofmind My son refuses to understand that he still needs his medicine it is unfortunate but because he's not on meds I told him he could not come with when we move to Tennessee and if he ever wants to move with me he has to take his meds so I don't know what the future is but I pray

@Lindabell54 @MauriceBenard @mbstateofmind My oldest yells all the time but he is not violent anymore at least not with anyone in our house I'm sorry you are going through this if you ever need to talk you can message me hugs

@Lindabell54 @MauriceBenard @mbstateofmind For my oldest son doesn't want to take his meds so he still has manic episodes but he has outgrown some of the horrible behavior and is trying to learn how to manage them better but the ADHD is a big issue for jobs and the meds for it didn't work for him but he has matured more

@MauriceBenard would you ever consider having a regular person like me on your state of mind I really think we can help each other spread the help I know it is slim to none but I think having a non celebrity would be a huge win with the viewers

Met @lldubs for the first time I gave her letters for her you and Steve it took me forever to finish the one to you but it was fate that I was drawn to you and I finally got to meet you but there's never enough time to talk about my journey with a bipolar family at a event

@ChristinaErwin9 @MauriceBenard I just don't know how to go about it I'm so grateful for the therapist that treated us all unfortunately I am the only one that has continued to get treated for my mental health issues

@ChristinaErwin9 @MauriceBenard I know it is hard for you but it is the best thing you can do for him and make sure the parents work together and make sure you both are in therapy for yourself it is very hard having a child with bipolar issues I wish I could write a book about it and talk about the challenges
