Your website is so fucking frustrating @ebay. Don't offer the option to report listings if your automated system just responds with a standard "We looked into your report and didn’t find the listing to be in violation of our policy". No wonder your website is so shit.

finding a better deal with energy suppliers. The energy bill for the communal areas (a few dusk-to-dawn energy lights + fire alarm system) is way, WAY more than the entire energy bill for my flat which has no insulation. Shame on you @NHGhousing.

@NHGhousing Done SOOO many times before, details passed on to the service charge team SOOO many times before. What does it take to get someone from the service charge team to pick up the phone or actually do something. You can respond by DMing me the Head of Service Charge's phone number.

Seems that you are the only person in @NHGhousing that replies to anything. Now if only you could get your useless Housing Officers or CFO to respond... Tribunal here we come.

You're a waste of space ICO. A certain data company has no idea where they got my email from, how it's being stored (it's "not on their system"), they've no idea what they've done with it/who it's been sold or passed on to, and you think this is acceptable data handling. @ICOnews

And it's all well and good having a NHG Resident Forum, but when you can't reply to numerous emails and letters from us, nor to the lawyer we've had to employ to try and resolve incorrect service charges that have been going on for years making @NHGhousing in breach of the lease!
