@francesweetman Exactly that. Because DEI has over-reached itself, it creates Imposter Syndrome in people who have no need to feel it, and conversely, overconfidence in people, often HR, who really don’t have the skills to back it up.

@francesweetman Not all of DEI is bad. But, a couple of my female colleagues on the railways have made the very point you’re making here - both have questioned their own appointments to the role, but in reality their safety records are both immaculate and they are there on merit!

@jordanbhx @adamtranter Unless of course you mean extending the main runway as well as building better terminal infrastructure and building a 2nd runway at Brum too. Personally, I’d like them to build the 3rd runway at LHR with a new terminal too, then build houses on Gatwick.
