ICL's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Elad Aharonson as ICL’s new President and CEO, effective March 13, 2025. Aharonson, 51 years old, married and a father of three, has been an integral part of ICL for almost four years, serving as President of ICL Growing Solutions business since April 2021. During his tenure, he spearheaded the development of ICL's specialty fertilizer solutions and expanded these offerings into new territories through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. This growth has positioned ICL as one of the global leaders in the specialty plant nutrition market. Elad’s significant achievements exemplify exceptional leadership, a profound commitment to ICL’s mission, and a strong alignment with its values. Before joining ICL, Elad held senior management positions at Elbit Systems Ltd. for approximately 16 years, including serving as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the ISTAR Division. Our Board Chairman, Yoav Doppelt, and the entire Board have expressed their full confidence in Elad’s ability to lead ICL to new heights.
