That’s still very stimulative for current levels of inflation. And it doesn’t address the fact that there is not enough liquidity to refinance all the debt that is maturing this year. Lowering interest rates doesn’t do enough for liquidity on its own… the liquidity to refinance is more of an issue than the interest rate on the debt
