.@Ledger devices don't provide hardware security for EIP712 transactions which you approve when using popular tools like @Uniswap and @OpenSea with @MetaMask. Their CTO's solution to keep you safe: each time you sign you should manually verify the hash on two separate computers.
@meeseeking @gridplus The generic EIP 712 signing (nicknamed v0, as pre version) doesn't build the hash on device, but let you check the hash computed on a different computer (you could do this offline if you want). There will be specific versions for specific contracts to check the signed parameters.

We just got our first look at an exciting accomplishment from friend of the project (and GridPlus Energy customer) @JonnyRhea: a @prylabs validator running on the #Lattice1!. We want it to be simple to run a validator at home & contribute to the physical decentralization of eth2.
Messed around and got a @prylabs validator running on the @gridplus lattice1 π€ . It took a few minor "fixes" π
to prevent integer overflows on a 32bit MIPS processor, but you can see it is connected to a beacon node and validating on my local testnet. π₯
