As a freelance game reviewer, I don't really trust mainstream reviews as they tend to give free passes to games from "beloved" series. There are tons of games that have been hailed as "masterpieces" I really hated, and others that got "average" reviews I enjoyed way more.

I think a good solution for a true "unity government" would be instead of a president, a federal council like Switzerland, keep the electoral college, the winners of the most become "president" and "vice president" of the council, and the runners-up get the remaining seats.
