@cheerUPDATES To claim that anyone 16 and under shouldn’t be allowed to watch this at all strikes me as a bit extreme. The subjects raised in season 2 are mature. There is swearing. But I think watching this show with a responsible parent can be a healthy, instructive experience.

“It's easy to write off professional wrestling if you're not a fan of the sport (something I'd never considered myself prior to watching Wrestlers). To do so, though, is to miss out on some tremendous storytelling. Wrestlers shows what it can be at its best - a physical, visceral.

When I was a grad school limo driver I waited outside a beautiful home on Coldwater Cyn. 20 minutes later Eddie Van Halen in a robe, silk sweats, and no shirt appeared and said, “Sorry, man. I decided not to go.” Handed me $200 “for my trouble.” RIP Mr. Van Halen.
Eddie Van Halen has died after a battle with cancer. He was 65. His son wrote on twitter: "Every moment I've shared with him on and off stage was a gift.".
