To be clear, by collaboration, I mean that we worked together on this project (for fun and hobby).
So no, we or I have not sent any money to Raytone for the use of this map or for anything else.
The initial motivation was to learn TerrainBuilder and thought the map was cool.

There is also a large backlog of things we'd like to fix/add before a final release. Perhaps a lot of this confusion would have been avoided if we had kept it at a version < 1.0.
