So my dad is in heart failure secondary to respiratory failure. They said not to give up or loose hope. They are going to do a tracheotomy to try and help him recover and rebuild his strength. They said the vent right now is more of a hinder than a help so this is the next step.

Whatever happens, happens. Wise words to live by… too bad they came from my bf this morning in regards to not leaving work early if I get bad news in todays family meeting regarding my dad 🙄

The doctor has called a family meeting to discuss my dad’s prognosis. The social worker gave me access to some of his records, and from what I can see it’s not looking promising. Im so scared.

Im sitting at urgent care to make sure my pnemonia isnt coming back and I am safe to see my dad. My heart hurts for those being turned away due to @fordnation new restrictions Ontario, don’t play into his games. 2.5 million Canadians do not have a family doctor. Vote Ford out!

He’s just so happy to go outside and frolic. It seems turning him out instead of indoor board suits him just fine.

He’s never seemed so happy. I haven’t seen him pin his ears once, even when he was getting bullied.
