Dishwasher loaded, washing machine on, kitchen work surfaces done. Time for a brew before I tackle the next stuff to do.

Spent a short time this afternoon lifting all my favourite succulents from their pots and planters outside and cleaned them up and set on pea gravel under grow lights ready for winter. Here’s hoping they get enough light so they don’t etiolate. It worked quite well last yr.

Echocardiogram done… Apparently structurally my heart is fine. So still no answers why I experience tachycardia for normal every day activities.

Feeling much better today overall but a full 5 hours in 1 go was just too much. Thankfully I was able to go home, sleep and the finish up my hours from home. I’m extremely grateful I can do that. This is the reality of a simple cold etc with pre-existing chronic fatigue.
