We should not spend more time working than living. When I worked 9-5 I was exhausted by the time I left work every day and spent my weekends resting too. Even making 30 hours/week standard would be so much better.

I work in phys rehab and I never truly realized how inaccessible literally almost every public space is until my bf ended up in a w/c & I was the one pushing him around. It was so hard to plan dates or even bring him along for errands just to get him outside. It’s beyond sad.
