Earlier this year I was brought on to spearhead growth & marketing @ParallelTCG. I want to be incredibly transparent with the Parallel community about our growth strategy. It’s a multi pronged strategy - here are some of the core pillars 🧵.

@formularacers_ Lando messed up the start, his team screwed up the pit strategy, and Lando made a critical mistake in his second stint. Max didn’t put a foot wrong the whole race. Supreme talent with a bit of luck = one of Max’s greatest drives.

We’re fast approaching 5 million all time games played @ParallelTCG 🚨 Something interesting: we’ve been growing at a constant 1K-2K players per week with a 50% conversion rate between people who sign up and people who come on as new players. Optimized the funnel just in time for.

Big Q1 coming up for @ParallelTCG . A few exciting things to note on the growth/marketing side:. - We have set a goal to hit 2,000 new PC players per week (currently averaging 1,400 per week in the last month). If we can hit this milestone and sustain it that will mean around.
The @parallel rundown for November. TCG is focused on the delivery of mobile - expecting Q1 delivery for iOS and Android. Post mobile release we can get back to shipping things like crates and more fun things to liven up the play field (can’t wait for this). I expect an W2E.
