@BlendJet you’ve stocked Costco with blend jets but you can’t replace all of ours from your SAFETY RECALL?? Horrible business model. Writing to your safety dept does NOTHING!! Please stop advising people to do that. Just send us our units!!!

@BlendJet Got a long form email back…..they say they’ve been shipping kits since March, but can’t say when I will receive mine . How is it that you have enough kits to stock nationwide Costco stores, but not enough to replace the defective ones so many of us purchased 9+ months ago?
