So disappointed in @progressive - they cancelled my auto insurance without communicating to me, causing me to drive around without insurance, and failed to make it right when I realized. Never get insurance from them.

@Stephisbusy @GoogleMyBiz I’m sorry you have to deal with bogus reviews that harm your business. Bogus reviews are a problem, and are just another tool for misogynists looking to harm women. Google needs to do better.

Stephanie opened my eyes to how business reviews are used by men to attack women who own businesses. They are an easy weapon for misogynists to use to tear down women, especially when companies don’t give women the tools to deal with harassers. It’s a big problem. @GoogleMyBiz
@GoogleMyBiz the automated reporting for fake reviews fails to protect women and platforms harassment, and reporting reviews that violate your policy does nothing, nor does escalating. How is google protecting female business owners from online harassment?
