ppl forget how much Ash was winning in the last 6 months of her career cause she was a part time player but she won 4 of her last 6 tournaments (2 slams, 1000 + 500) and was on a 22 set win streak before she retired 💀
Unpopular opinion - Ash Barty wouldn't be world number 1 if she was still playing.
The field at the top was a little bit weaker then, and the eye test tells me that Iga Swiatek at her best is a better player than Barty ever was.
