Can plasmons help in converting sunlight to electricity with appreciable efficiency? The curiosity has led to the development of Plasmon-powered STEG with conversion efficiency of ~11.5% now out in @NanoLetters many thanks and congrats @pramodpillai81 Sir.
Plasmonic NPs are usually poor solar-to-electricity converters. We say they aren’t; not using electrons, but with plasmonic heat. We have developed plasmon-powered STEGs with a record efficiency of ~11.5%. Now out in @NanoLetters. Congrats @gn_radhakrishna
