We spent Friday on the Fylde sand dunes! ⛱️ But we weren't building sand castles; we joined @Lancswildlife and hundreds of volunteers to plant old Christmas trees to promote the creation of new sand dunes and prevent coastal erosion. A brilliant day!

Another fantastic #GreenSpacesFund project is coming to Bury! 💚 The group will tackle invasive non-native plants such as giant hogweed, scatter wildflower seeds, place bird and bat boxes, and clear paths along an overgrown but well-used cycleway and walking route. @GMGreenCity
