The MacLab has a new paper first authored by @elaine_hoan on personality facets and relationship status. Data were 2 studies, direct replication. The top line finding is singles are less extraverted (sociability, assertiveness, and energy level) than partnered people. 1/9

@DonBreithaupt Maybe it's more the production, they both have that "disco made in a hospital ward" kind of sound to me. TWM is more raw, I'm definitely on board with whatever deity caused that tech guy to go into work stoned and erase it.

@justin_mogilski So yeah, I think if we're not thinking about how social systems work for or against the needs of business interests, we're missing an important part of the picture.
