I can take this one. Both situations are given to God. Just that most losers aren't given platforms to trumpet that, most of the time. Thanking God for a successful outcome is another way of expressing an understanding that a lot of things have to go right for such an outcome, which is also humbling. Plus, a loss gives the space for you to reflect and spot the gap. Also, it helps to put the loss in context and proper perspective quicker. I only wished that this was a genuine question and not just wanton trolling 🤷♂️
