Allah(god) sent many prophets, from Adam to Nuh to Ibrahim to Yusuf to Musa (Moses) to Eesa (Jesus) to Muhammad (to name a few). And revealed the same religion to all (which is to worship Allah and follow the prophets). All other religions are false. So they end up in Hell.
