Nice Doppler signals. HPRF can also be your friend ( ⬇️nyquist limit) and sometimes your foe (range ambiguity). CW in multiple windows and tricks are 🔑 . Thanks for sharing
Thanks to all for providing feedback. Time to close out 🫀3 Doppler signals are seen⬇️ 1. MR 2. LVOT and aortic 3. LV mid-cavity 🫀HCM with outflow and midcavity LV obstruction & MR 🫀Gain adjustment was ideal to separate all 3 signals 🫀Sonographer (Ms. Chris Melson-Alsip) showed all 3 signals well in 2-3 consecutive beats by minor probe adjustments 🫀When MR signal is well seen, aortic signal is not- refer last signal⬇️ (not aligned in the same interrogation path) 🫀echo #joyspotting
