Today was an excellent day at work. After 2 plus years of weathering the pandemic , and filling multiple roles, getting covid myself, and taking the office managers position as of April 14,it finally paid off, in the form of a large salary increase🙂

After having covid many months ago, for the 3rd time, I felt hot garbage for a long time. I had stopped exercising, and dieting, but I am finally back down to fighting weight, through fasting, and I feel better than I have in years. Yay me

So excited, I've had more energy lately,and I'm down 12 lbs. For a while I was taking 1600 mg of Motrin every day, to help with the CFS now not every day,and only 400mg. Not bragging , but excited .
