Add that to a culture (in CS) of complaining about things like scrims/teammates/travel etc while Brazilian players/teams do all that and more makes it easy to dunk on it.

Why has Pakistan been taken out of the Middle Eastern qualifiers for the RMR? We've been playing these for years consistently, it's the only region 40-50 ping to.
We've instead been pushed to ROA, where most of the matches are going to be HK (140 ping for us) or SGP (90-110).

The difference between tier 1 and tier 2 teams in CSGO is to me still the mechanics of the average pro player, only it's in a different way compared to before.
Hear me out - teams like Monte/9ine/Forze that look impressive make people think tier 2 caught up in mechanics.
