Parked my car in a loading zone rushing for a meeting. Coming out an Armenian man asked if it was mine. I said yeah, why? He said I was getting ticketed as he walked by, they asked him if it was his — he said yes and stood there till I came so they don’t give it. Love our people.
The mayor of Sar Aghpur village in Artsakh was able to rush all the children out during Azerbaijan’s shelling of the town. They all made it out alive, except one child who passed away — his own son. This is just one of the heartbreaking stories of this siege.

If the United States wants to show solidarity with Armenia, let it do so not in the form of words but rather action. Cut military aid to Azerbaijan, and provide Armenia with weaponry.
These are the children of Aghavno in Artskah — who’ve called this land home all their lives. They’ve been given an ultimatum — to leave and abandon their homes by August 25 or face violence by the Azerbaijani military. Ethnic cleansing in real time. As the world watches on.
Armenia — facing threats by genocidal neighbors to either side — owes nobody an explanation as to who its allies are. Especially while the rest of the world does nothing as the country’s existence is threatened.

Got in a taxi today in Artsakh and the driver asked “when do you think the blockade will be over” — I told him I’m not sure. He then looked down and said “I have diabetes, they don’t have much insulin in the pharmacies — I feel like I’m fading away.”
For a over century Armenians shouted “1915 Never Again” in reference to the genocide committed against them by Turkey. Today, more than 100 years later, Azerbaijan is attempting to continue that genocide.
