John on the left has just won with a new world record of 81 hourly loops of 4.167 miles, 337.5miles in total.
Matthew on the right finished 2nd with 80 hourly loops.
Neither have slept for 3 days.

At Eastleigh, we sang Unsworths name in a positive manner for the first time. At full time despite us losing he came over and clapped us for a first time in recent months.
The club have backed him and are continuing to do so as fans we should too.

This weekend I took part in the Cowshed Backyard Ultra. 4.167 mile loop on the hour every hour until only 1 runner remains. I managed 25 yards = 104.167 miles. Finishing 8th/113 runners. Absolutely delighted, with it being such a tough course.
